Building on its commitment to provide global support and local solutions, Watson-Marlow Pumps Group has opened an office in Austria from which it will deliver direct sales and technical support to Austrian customers and supporting sales in Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia.
The new office will be staffed by a team of pump-sales specialists who will provide a range of solutions from the company’s portfolio: Watson-Marlow range of peristaltic pumps; tubing; Bredel high-pressure hose pumps; and Alitea OEM pumps.
Ashley Shepherd, acting general manager of the Austrian office, said: “Watson-Marlow recognises the importance of delivering local support. The Austrian market is an exciting and dynamic economy. Key sectors in this region include biopharm, food and beverage and traditional industry, too – all of which industries where our products deliver significant benefits over alternative pump technologies.”
Watson-Marlow now has direct sales offices in 24 countries and representation in over 50 more.
