Located at our factory in Wokingham, Berkshire we have eighteen machines capable of producing parts in volumes from one off to millions.
Our manufacturing capabilities cover the following:
Coil springs:- Compression (parallel, conical, barrel) extension, torsion and double torsion springs.
Pressings:- Stamped out parts on single or progression tools, multislide components.
Wireforms:- From simple wire shapes to complex parts incorporating multiple bends, lengths and angles.
Others:- Clock springs, constant force springs, battery contact springs, antennas, washers etc…..
Components can be produced in a range of materials including, carbon spring steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, mild steel, beryllium copper, phospher bronze, brass, nickel alloys and other specialist materials.
All parts are covered by our quality approval to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 (certificate number 3786).
We have extensive knowledge of manufacturing parts for a range of industries including but not limited to lighting, electronics, medical, automotive, aerospace, defence, marine, white goods and DIY industries.
We are able to work with designers and engineers to help produce new parts to your requirements.
