Lenze claims it can now offer customers reduced purchasing costs as a result of easier handling with its new i700 servo inverters.
The drives are designed for multi-axis applications in a power range from 0.75 to 15kW. Typical applications include machines with central control, for example palletisers, wrapping, robots and assembly machinery.
A typical i700 servo installation from the range consists of a power supply module bookshelf-mounted with a number of single or double axis drives. Connection between the modules is via a DC bus and hinged linking arms are set without the need for cables.
