RS, a trading brand of RS Group, a global omni-channel provider of product and service solutions, has recognised some key industrial market players instrumental in aiding the RS commitment to meeting customer requirements through continual evolution of its offering, at the recent RS Connect First Choice Supplier Awards event.
RS celebrated the partnerships with its strategic suppliers at the two-day event, which facilitated industry networking, a keynote speaker session and a panel discussion, providing the opportunity for industry figureheads to highlight innovations and challenges, and share best practice on key issues and developments affecting the industrial sphere today, such as plant reliability.
There were five awards presented in total:
- First Choice Supplier Award – 2022 Winner: FESTO
- Dynamic Supplier Award – 2022 Winner: Doncaster Cables
- Technical Support Award – 2022 Winner: SKF
- Sales Collaboration Award – 2022 Winner: Ambersil
- Most Innovative Supplier Award – 2022 Winner: TELEDYNE FLIR
The event saw customers also being invited to RS Connect for the first time since the event was founded five years ago, with the aim of understanding more about their immediate requirements, and helping them meet these requirements through our supplier partners. RS also held its first ever LinkedIn live content sessions from the event, and received more than 200 viewers live from the customer day.
