Luso Electronics has secured UK distribution rights for high input voltage power supplies manufactured by ROAL Electronics, based in Italy and owned by Finland’s Efore Group.
ROAL manufactures ultra-compact, high efficiency AC-DC; medical power; and modular configurable power solutions designed to minimize heat generation and run at lower temperatures. The modules are capable of operating at high peak currents and deliver better thermal management in indoor and outdoor space constrained systems, including harsh and severe environments.
ROAL’s medical grade (2xMoPP protection grade certified) constant voltage, high-power modules can be used to power laboratory and diagnostic equipment. Products are available from 12 to 48Vdc and range in power from 160W to 600W in sealed and fan-cooled configurations, with efficiencies up to 95% in small form factors and a wide operating temperature range and high peak power capability. Other variants address industrial and test and measurement applications.
