igus UK has launched the dry-tech box, a sample box designed to help the end-user quickly find the right bearing for the right application.
This includes a set of card overlays which filters each material according to different criteria – similar to the igus online configurator.
The dry-tech sample box includes a complete array of iglidur bearings, ranging from the iglidur H series, which is ideal for applications in corrosive environments, to the blue coloured iglidur A350 bearings, which can withstand temperatures of up to 180°C and are thus great for the food industry.
It also has a user-friendly bearing guide that highlights the key properties of each bearing.
