Fully automated production plants experience short-time voltage drops that can interrupt the production and incur high costs and overtime. As a solution to this problem, Murrelektronik has introduced the Emparro Cap buffer module, designed to ensure a stable power supply system and guarantee safe industrial processes by bridging voltage drops.
The slim module can be easily integrated into new and existing 24V DC power supply systems and offers a buffer time of more than one second, even with a full load of 20A. This covers mains fluctuations and voltage interruptions with no problems.
The module is equipped with ultra capacitors, which are permanently maintenance-free, and is suitable for a temperature range from -40°C to +60°C.
