Components Bureau part of the FORTEC Group based in Cambridgeshire are pleased to introduce the latest release of the CBM70S series from CINCON. Designed for consumer electronics, telecommunication devices, commercial equipment and light/heavy industrial applications.
The half size industrial brick AC/DC power module measures (61.0 x 57.9 x 17.0mm) and has safety approvals for IEC/UL/EN 62368-1, with no external components required. The AC/DC power supply module provides EMC compliance to meet EN55032 Level B for conducted and radiated emissions as well as offer immunity to meet EN61000-4 .
This CBM70S series offers an exceptional high efficiency of up to 89.5%, a wide operating case temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and internal AC fuse, EMC filter, and hold-up capacitor which reduces space needed for the designed application. This power supply can be used at a high altitude up to 5000m max and features a low no load input power consumption of less than 150 mW.
Offering an input range of 90-264Vac, with 4 different outputs of 12, 24, 36 and 48VDC. Fully encapsulated, the CBM70S can operate at full load with its baseplate cooled design which requires no fan and includes output voltage adjustment through its trim pin. An optional heat sink is also available, enabling designers to use convection or forced air cooling where preferred.
